The Crossgates Golf Club boasts one of the most stunningly beautiful golf courses in Pennsylvania. Nestled along the Conestoga River in the Lancaster County countryside, the course melds gently rolling terrain, a variety of water hazards, and high bluffs. All of these elements come together in such a way that you will have the opportunity to use every club in your bag.

Very slow pace of play. 5 hour round on a Monday at 2 PM. Last summer, walked off the 11th tee after 3 1/2 hours. Don't know why I went back for more aggravation.

After much work and a few remodels the place is great. New staff and a new restaurant round it all out. The addition of a beverage cart make it a much better place to play. There were a few course design decisions that added a little more playability to the course. A few greens were re-sodded and the rest were tweaked so they all are very smooth and growing well. A couple pesky trees removed and fairways made skinnier change the playability just enough.
