Indian Pines Golf Course
900 Country Club Dr
Auburn, AL 36830-5208, United States

334.821.0880
This course opened in 1947 as the original Saugahatchee Country Club; that group moved to their current site in 1976. The course is seeded with Bermuda in the summer, then with a bent/rye mix in the winter. The first nine holes opened in 1947, while the second nine debuted in 1951 with a design by Eddie Loos.

Surprisingly, Indian Pines is not currently a member of the Alabama Golf Association, so no valid slope-and-ratings exist for this course.

Only complaint was the water in the sand traps from the 3 inches of rain the night before.

Course was in great shape. Was crowded on the weekend and a little pricey. Played RTJ Course for the exact same price. Staff was very nice and helpful.
