Out standing course. Good condition as you would expect in San Diego area. Staff extremely friendly and the course is well designed. Very challenging but playable for high handicap players. One of my favorites. A trip to San Diego is not complete without playing here.

nice course bit a bit lacking on maintenance tee boxes a bit cut up but greens were OK wooden bridge ride would be a blast in the wet if it was wet would be very interesting fortunately it wasn't wet for much of the course your either on the fairway or in the desert not much in the middle

Great value for the money. only thing lacking from prior years is the fairway condition in the winter.

target golf

The course is in really bad shape as of 2/11/2012. The tee boxes are in bad shape, most of them look like people were more into earth moving vs. hitting the ball. The greens are extremely fast..be prepared, not try to hit the green on a chip..rather have your chip shot hit before the green and roll on. Based on playing this course many times in the past I think its fair to say its better to play the course in the summertime. They really need to work on the tee boxes.

Very nice course for the price..target golf and will challenge your short game. Aim it and you'll have a great score. Trouble elsewhere take plenty of balls. Lots of fun!

Admittedly since I played this course in the winter, it is not in tip top condition. It is not overseeded so looks dry. But, the ball rolls somtimes to your detriment. I think it is a bit unfair. The greens were so fast the a four foot uphill putt missed rolled back to your feet. This isn't golf; it's mini-golf.

new mngmnt doing a great job. played 18 in 2:45 last tues.course is a thinking man's c, not a bomber. views are great --- reminds me of the mtn courses of Vermont.

Get there early and play quickly and it's awesome. The pace slows down rapidly with most thinking they will find their lost ball somewhere, drop and hit another. Price is great if you join, I prefer Salt Creek but it is a drive from North County. Course is in great shape except for a few greens that seem like a soccer team worked out on them with their cleats.

Beautiful foothill layout, challenging fast, runout fairways; boulders and creative traps make the round interesting. Cart service could've been a little better. Unfortunately the course turned bland in parts, but also exhilirating on a few holes.
