it was poorly maintained. lost balls in fairway because they weren't mowed & w/ clover. for every 1 we lost, we found 2... track was laid out nicely, but we can't complain $5 for a round w/ cart... beats driving range. just know this going in....

The actual hole layout is not too bad but the fairways look like your run of the mill football or soccer field (just regular grass). Greens were very slow. Cost is cheap, especially if you walk.
