Marshallia Ranch is one of the top U.S. military courses around the world and has hosted a variety of Air Force and professional tournaments and events. Pacific Ocean winds are not the only challenging factor here; ice plant also makes things interesting.

The course lies adjacent to the Marshallia Ranch House, which is over 165 years old and for which the course was named. The award-winning clubhouse opened in February of 1997 and includes a pro-shop, snack bar, large dining and patio area, and men's and women's locker rooms.

Since this course is located on Vandenburg Air Force Base, non-DoD civilians should make arrangements in advance. However, the course *does* host a variety of tournaments and special events, so it is not impossible for civilians to play the course.
