This course is part of Beaver Creek Resort, lies on the west side of Otsego Lake, and plays through thick stands of maple, birch, oak, pine, and evergreen trees. The design was by noted architect Jerry Matthews.
The standard walking rates are $25 on weekdays, $35 on weekends and holidays (carts are $10). Military, junior, college student, 9-hole, and twilight rates are offered. A variety of stay-and-play packages are also available.

Keep it on the fairway or be prepared to use a lot of golf balls. There was no second cut, just ankle high rough even a foot or two off the fairway. There was some type of local bar outing in front of us and around the 15th hole play ground to a screeching halt and we picked up after 17 to make our next tee time.
