This is one of seven courses owned and operated by the City of Columbus, and originally opened in 1966 with a design by Jack Kidwell. A complete redesign by architect Michael Hurdzan, who apprenticed under Kidwell (including at this course), opened in 2013.
The standard walking rates are $16 weekdays, $23 weekends.

A little pricy, lots of driver/wedge holes. It plays very fast having 2 sub 450yd par 5's but somehow they don't space the tee times far enough apart and create gridlock. I played on a Thursday morning and still waited on 16 of 18 holes. The course is beautiful after the remodel but maybe stretch the tee times to 10 minute intervals.

The re-design of this course is great. The grounds & greens are immaculate at the moment. A bit pricey for weekend play w/cart $38.
