If I had to give one reason why someone should play this course, it would be the magnificent 18th hole finish which is, without a doubt, the signature hole in the eastern North Dakota/northwestern Minnesota area. Otherwise, I was not that impressed. The course was in rough shape. Even though it's still only April, the local municipal courses are in better shape than Oxbow. I'm certainly glad I got the opporutnity to play here, but for a cool $100, I expected a lot better.
