Pearl Golf Links
1300 Pearl Blvd
Sunset Beach, NC 28468-4830, United States

The Pearl features 27 holes designed by Dan Maples set amongst the woods and marshes along the Calabash River. The Pearl Golf Course and the 27 holes create three distinctly different 18 hole golf experiences, The Pearl East, The Pearl West, and The Pearl North. While Playing The North Course the golfer will get the feel of a more links style golf course, with wider fairways and larger greens. The Pearl East emphasizes a more parkland style course, which emphasizes accuracy over power. The New Pearl West combines the best of both featuring 6 holes set on the Calabash River.

Both courses were very nice. very challanging.

course was nice. greens seemed slow but overall east and west pearl are two nice courses to play.
  KWJenkins - 5/29/12
Sorry but this course is either on the way out or they have had some tough weather issues. course was in pretty bad shape w/ many greens having many bear spots, some fairways too (17) Should be prime at the end of May. not good
  Dmoney60 - 5/26/12
Played west and it was in terrible condition. However, I liked the layout of the course.
  Ken from MA - 5/15/12
Horrible condition. Tee boxes and greens very patchy like they had a fungus or something. Fairways were terrible as well with not alot of grass.

Pearl East - Greens were horrible. Like putting in the parking lot...should be clised until the new Bermuda greens grow in.

Staff very friendly. The course has character with a few holes that can test your shot making skills. The only problem is that the greens are very slow. Be careful on your next course or you will be putting everything off the greens.
  ktmzak - 10/19/11
not well maintained. greens were ok, but tee boxes were worn out. Not sure I'd go back.
  4dbleagle - 6/10/11
think we caught it on a bad day? greens were slow(really slow),fairways & tee boxes had not been mowed in days.always heard it's a good course tho. good lay out-should be a fun trac to play. WEST.
  Mr. Pinehurst - 6/11/08
West Course is simply beautiful. Well groomed and manicured as well.Wide open fairways and hard and fast greens. Courteous staff makes this a real joy to play while in the Myrtle/ Sunset Beach area. A must play, you won't be disappointed.
