This course was formerly known as Cardinal Country Club and more recently associated with Sedgefield CC. The Cardinal offers some of the most rewarding play in Greensboro. Its modern layout, designed by Pete Dye, meanders along a countryside stream, over two lakes and through wooded glades. A number of holes feature Dye’s signature railroad ties including number 12, as he called it after the restoration, “the hardest par three I ever designed.”
