OK course. Typical conditions for a City/Muni course. It is very hilly, so a cart is recommended. Many elevated tee boxes. Greens have some fun undulation to them; however, their condition is hit or miss. Bunkers are horrible - hard sand. Overall it is a fun course to try and play, perhaps, once a year.

Was not well maintained. 1/2 the greens were cut, other half not. No winter clean-up had been conducted, crap everywhere.

The greens took a beating over the winter and, as of mid-June 2011, have not recovered.
