My favorite course in Michigan. Challenging but not brutal if you stay in the short grass. #13 is well deserved as the #1 handicap hole. Fun greens to putt on. Senior rates are very good, regular rates are OK.

Very well manicured!! Greens runs true and fast. There are many in the area that are nice as well. But this track is plush. Drive on the fairways not the rough!!

I was not all that impressed. The staff was not friendly, the starter hounded us from the time we teed of and yet no one had to wait all day. It did not live up to the build up.

probably the finest course in the tri-city area. Apple Mountain would be a close 2nd. Everything is top notch at the Fortress, the staff, the course & the equipment. A little pricey, but one of the few courses in the area that's worth it.

Good challenging course, great value. Not the most scenic.
