For some unknown reason, when your humble correspondent woke up this morning, the sound of the late Howard Cosell was reciting the Christmas story in his own, inimitable voice:

"The first Noel! Ah-cording to thee angels. Was delivered. To three! Economically disadvantaged sheep-herders. Plying their trade on the frozen tundra..."

Be that as it may, the first creative golf-related Christmas gift we have seen was delivered to PGA Tour player Ken Duke, who broke through for his first tour victory at the 2013 Travelers Championship:
