Golf Hero: Gus Andreone, PGA By Torleif Sorenson on 12/23/14
Last week, word went around the golf world that 103-year-old Gus Andreone, the oldest member of the PGA of America, had become the oldest golfer in the United States to make a hole-in-one. Andreone sank his tee-shot at the 14th hole at Palm Aire Country Club in Sarasota, Florida. Few details and virtually no pictures of Andreone were available, but finally we have a video profile of the man from Fox affiliate WTVT-DT in Tampa and reporter Kimberly Kuizon. Enjoy! And Mr. Andreone, you are SkyGolf's newest hero. Thank you for living long and prospering — and may you have a Merry Christmas! Read an interesting golf article? Tip Your Editor!
