Best Par Save at WGC-Bridgestone
By mustang6560 on 8/5/11
Ryo Ishikawa managed to save par yesterday at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational from the most unlikely place.

From the left rough on the 18th fairway, Ryo's approach shot flew the back of the green, hit the roof of the hospitality tent and landed in backyard of a condo. He was given relief and decided to drop behind a fence, with an electrical box and sign both affecting his shot. Oh yea, and don't forget about the fence!

But, in living up to the PGA Tour's tagline "These Guys Are Good", Ryo hit a control flop shot, over the fence without hitting the electrical box or sign to 11 feet. And the kicker, he made the par putt.

All in a day's work.
