Even a young Rory McIlroy knew how to work a crowd.
In this throwback video, Rory shows off his skills on the Kelly Show back in Northern Ireland after winning the Under-10 World Championship in Florida.
Obviously, we have the luxury of being able to look back in time at this video and draw connections between the potential Rory displayed at age 8 or 9 to the current talent of U.S. Open Rory. However, it's cool to see how even at such a young age, he had more control over the ball than 85% of adult golfers including myself. I can juggle a golf ball on my golf club, but I can't cross my leg over it yet.
