Part of the Studio Stock series of putters, the SS7 was the result of President/CEO Bob Bettinardi "messing around" with a mallet putter in his design studio. He decided to cut a half-moon shape in the flange and liked it so much that he decided to include it in the line. The SS7, made of carbon steel in a black matte finish, has a horizontal pattern milled into the face instead of the usual honeycomb-milled pattern.
