Rockwind Community Links, formerly known as Ocotillo Park Golf Course, is a 27-Hole community golf facility owned and operated by the City of Hobbs.

Renovated and rebranded in 2014, the course is set into the classic Southeastern New Mexico landscape that combines turn of the century design details, strategic placement of hazards and water efficient, cool season blue grass fairways and roughs. The end result is one of the most challenging and unique golf experiences offered in Southeastern New Mexico, and arguably in the Southwest.

The official grand re-opening is set for May 18, 2015. Fred Couples and Natalie Gulbis will be on hand for the special day.

Outstanding course! The maintenance is fantastic, there was not a bare spot anywhere on the course. This is a Top-ten must-play in New Mexico, about three hours from El Paso. In the summer, the place is overrun with children with a large and active First Tee program. Tees for every skill level. The old Air Force base course was updated/redone in 2014. A long drive no matter what, but you'll say it was worth it.

Great course for the money. Play all day if walking or pull cart. Excellent maintainance. Fairways and greens in great shape.
