Twisted Dune Golf Club

Twisted Dune Golf Club is a rather unique for a New Jersey course; designer Archie Struthers's design required the moving of over two million cubic yards of earth, resulting in some dramatic elevation changes and sculpted mounding, framed by wild and fescue grasses and over 100 bunkers that alternate between deep ravines and natural-looking wind-blown hazards.

Rates vary by season and range from $49 in the winter to $79 in the summer. Memberships, group outings, and sliding twilight rates are offered.

This is my favorite course down the Shore. It is close to Ocean City and it is a good value. We played in 4 hours, 20 minutes. Make sure to bring some golf balls as there are many places to lose them.

slo play but fun course with lots of character. every hole interesting with nice wide fairways but make sure you hit them. once out of them you pay the price in lost balls and strokes. greens are also large with lots contours and good speed.

Great course in great shape with a great staff but 6 hrs to play 17 holes is ridiculous. Pace of play will really make me reconsider coming back here again.

Maintenance was bad only because of all the snow in months before. Snow had just melted enough to allow play so course was still very soggy. Lots of standing water on Fairways, but nothing could be done by course keepers. We knew that going in.

played here for my birthday and we booked online and got the greens fee for half off. The bunkers were more clay-ish but that was expected for this links style course. The place was great for the money and defiantly a must play for the Atlantic city area.

played the course during the off season and was pleasantly surprised at the number of wide fairways. course was very tough if you hit the ball into the massive bunkers that line every fairway, right or left is trouble. Pace was slow becuase of allthe people looking for golf balls in the tall grass. would really like to play this again when the greens were not aerated.

Nice course, pace of play a little slow, but then again big penalties for some slightly missed shots. Fairways hard and dry, and ball rolled in to deep grass. Good drives sometimes went lost due to fairway roll.
