Nine-time major champion Gary Player designed this 27-hole daily-fee facility, which is located in the Sunset Hills district of Saint Louis. Player is quoted as saying that "God designed the first six holes. Player Design helped out with the rest." The Woodlands and Prairie nines were the first to open here in 1994, while Merimac nine opened in 1997.

Walking is permitted at $55. Otherwise, the 18-hole rates with a cart are $60 on weekdays, $70 on weekends and holidays. Sliding twilight, senior, women, junior, and same-day replay rates are available.

Good course, nice staff. Off the fairway can be brutal at least for someone from out of state and not used to the super thick deep rough. Course made you play shots rather then grip and rip. I would play again but think it is a little on the expensive side

The starter is a grumpy bastard and this course charges more than is reasonable in the Saint Louis market.
