This oceanside 9-hole course opened in 1921 about 16 km north of the Brisbane CBD, so it is one of Queensland's oldest nines. Double-tees allow for an 18-hole round, which is reflect in our scorecards.

Locals describe this as a pleasant place to play for the money, although midgies (gnats) can be prevalent during the late afternoons. Casual water and mud can be an issue after a few days of wet weather, since the course is located along a tidal waterway. The Shorncliffe train station is near the course's front entrance.

The public is welcome all week, but advance booking is essential. The standard adult walking rates are A$15 for 9 holes and A$20 for 18 holes; a $10 twilight rate begins at 3:00 p.m. (Carts are Z$35 for 18 holes.)
