Played 27 holes here on Friday, November 11th. I really hope they find a good owner for this course. It's a great piece of property, a beautiful clubhouse (that's completely shut down except for the pro shop and the halfway grill) and a wonderfully laid out course. The greens were in pretty bad shape but they didn't roll too badly. The pro shop staff were very friendly and I don't think we saw a ranger all day. The condos we stayed in were pretty spartan but they were clean. The place was almost completely deserted when we pulled in on Thursday night and we didn't see anyone else until Friday morning. We did have fun though and the other courses we played were only 15 minutes away from Little River so it was convenient.

We got a great weekend deal from "Ring the Pines" at Little River. 3 nights at Little River condos (nothing fancy), 1.5 rounds at Little River, 2 rounds at the Country Club of Whispering Pines, and a round at the Dormie Club. All for $260 a person.

Very good condition and fun layout. Generous landing areas, while some tight tee boxes at the back. Greens had a few brown spots, but rolled well. Fairways in really nice shape. Bunkers are rough, so stay out of them! Amenities are few, so come prepared: no bar or restaurant. Good value.

I played it the second week in April 2014. The course was very wet so that had something to do with my experience. I played it before on October and really enjoyed it. It wasn't over seeded and the tees were not in very good condition. I expected more but hopefully it will be better this summer.

This was an off season round with minimum manning and facilities. In the summer, it would be great.

Awesome course, greens were very tricky and had different tiers. Made the round very interesting and fun. Played in the off season and cant wait to come back in the summer.

Nice golf course, shorter front than back. straight forward layout. good greens.

Great track with nice changes in hole and elevation. Friendly staff and I will definitely play this course again. Have played about 6 times now and like it more each time.

Variety of elevations made this course fun to play. Excellent condition for the middle of July.

A good course that' fun to play. However, it took us almost 6 hours to play when there were only about 15 cars in the parking lot. We were told that there was a tournament going on. When we asked why the marshal didn't speed things up, they said that we had to expect that because management wouldn't hire enough staff and they were over-worked.

We've played this course in the past and they have put some money into it. The greens were quick. Overall a good golf course.
