Two courses are part of this club; the aptly-named Dunes course plays through some wild-and-wooly terrain and has some of tallest dunes on the Atlantic coast. The course was original a 9-hole layout, but in 1974, Irish architect and professional Eddie Hackett transformed it into a very highly-regarded 18-hole course that has hosted several of Ireland's important amateur championships. In later years, architect Donald Steel made change to six of the 18 holes.

Also here is Steel's 9-hole Scurmore course; our scorecard has already been modified for 18 holes.

The standard walking rates for the Dunes are €55 on weekdays, then €70 on weekends and public holidays. Online and winter discounts are available, as are memberships.
