Situated in the Cairngoms National Park, this beautifully presented course is naturally split into three sections - Holes 1 to 6 are played over flat parkland, holes 7-12 are played through moderately hilly woodland, whilst holes 13 to 18 revert to undulating parkland.
The 'signature' hole of the course is Murdie's View, the 275 yard 9th, a short downhill par 4 with the spectacular backdrop of pine trees and the Cromdale Hills. Elsewhere on the course, magnificent views of the Cairngorms range may be observed and wildlife abounds.

Played at Charity event. This is a fairly short but tricky course. Lack of growth over poor winter means that the course is not as far on as it might be usually at this time of year. Bearing that in mind course presentation was very good. The catering at the Club was also first class and good value for money.

Great place for a golf outing. Plenty of birdie chances but enough of a challenge to make it interesting. Oh, and stunning scenery.
