The famous architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed this course, which opened in 1996 in the gated Estrella del Mar community and features six beach-front holes with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. The course hosted the 2011 Mexican PGA Championship and a number of other tournaments.
