A cheap course with a driving range. The fairways and course are nice enough, still challenging although shorter than other courses. The biggest problem was the grass on the greens was very long so you could not putt with any certainty.

It's a good three, only because I know there are better courses out the that are 4 or better! Rough is long in places and drops debris, but for a public course this is unavoidable. Its well presented and everything is where it should be, worth the money. And I'm commenting as an experienced greenkeeper and golfer
