It took the genius of renowned golf architect Dan Maples to design a course as incredible as The Witch. Encompassing over 500 acres between Conway and South Myrtle Beach, SC, The Witch was created as a world of its own, carefully removed from the distractions of homes, hotels, and development.

Horribly managed property. Greens were grassless and like putting on tamped mud. Course management was non-existent. 3-4 groups on every hole made for a nightmare of a round. 7 hour round is unacceptable! Management closed the facility to avoid golfer confrontation. Cart girl was rude and lacked empathy for all upset golfers, said "not her problem". Stopped serving at 4pm probably because management couldn't take the heat from golfers as they closed and ran home.

The best course in Myrtle Beach.

Nice course, fun layout. As long as you are getting off the tee well, the course is not that hard. Only thing I would like to see is a ranger come around for pace of play, we had a foursome in front of us, who spent more time in the woods, and lining up their third putt like it was for eagle. Tip, let the group behind you play through.

Holy alligators, saw 6 four footers on one hole, no ball hawking around these ponds.

My favorite course in Myrtle Beach. Played it in Jan 2013 and it was a beautiful day , even the gators were enjoying the sun. Not a easy course but a nice course with great scenery and wildlife.

The course was wet but challenging layout, the greens were in good shape and putted true.

Fun course to play. Somewhat tight at times but not very difficult. Course stays wet so don't look for much more than carry after rain.
