While the club formed in 1899, they moved to this site overlooking the Klein Valley in 1905. Visitors are welcome; the summer walking rates are £25/round or £35/day on weekdays, then £30/round or £40/day on weekends and public holidays (carts are £24). Societies and visiting parties are also welcome with prior arrangement.
