This resort offers two high-end courses:

LAKES COURSE
(Robert Trent Jones, Jr., 1997)
As the name suggests, water is in play several times on this layout. In fact, the signature hole is the par-3 17th, which requires a heroic tee-shot that carries over water.

HILLS COURSE
(Hale Irwin, 2005)
This course is available only to members and their invited guests, and features relatively small greens and bunkers filled with crushed marble.

Played the Hills Course. It was in great shape. Several holes require precise shots. The views are spectacular. Will play again when in Reno. Reserved the tee time on GolfNow.com

First time to play the Hills Course black tees on a sunny breezy day. The course is beautifully laid out, well maintained and was enough of a challenge to make our day. All of the staff were friendly and helpful to us out of towners.

Loved this course. The public course is actually nicer and in better condition than the private course here.

Worst service ever received at a course. Noone to sssist with bags, carts. No GPS as advertised. No Beverage cart. No water on course to drink. No facilities at the turn. 40 minute late start due to tournament going late...which wouldn't have been too bad if they had told us when we were paying. Registered a complaint and all I got was a "Sorry about that and an offer to come back and play for free...does me no good I was there on vacation.
