Shula's Golf Club
7601 Miami Lakes Dr
Miami Lakes, FL 33014-6880, United States

305.820.8088
Shula's Golf Course originally opened in 1962 (under a different name, of course) with a design by architect Bill Watts, then was updated in 1998 by architect Kipp Schulties. It re-opened on September 1, 2013 following another renovation that includes Champion Bermuda greens and Celebartion Bermuda tee-boxes. The club includes a par-3 executive course, the original location of Don Shula's Steak House, and a co-branded hotel.

The practice area has both grass and artificial turf tees, as well as three target tees and is open everyday until from 7am until 6pm. The 18-hole Executive Course features shots from 60-150 yards and is designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced players.

Rates vary by season and are posted on the club's web site. The peak-season non-resident rates (January-March) are $90 on weekdays, then $130 on weekends and holidays. Local resident and sliding twilight rates are available.

Great course. We did a stay and play at Miami Lakes Hotel. Great package. The course is very well laid out, with lots of water. The greens looked great, but they were were very slow. Very friendly staff. Especially fun to talk with Dr. Dave.

The course is always in good shape and the greens are great.

Interesting place - range stinks and clubhouse seems worn, but the course itself is in very good shape and prices were reasonable compared to others in the area.

They have just reopened and the new greens are awesome. It has always been a good course but now it is better. Will play this again.

Definately one of the better courses for the price.

They were kind enough to give me a free round on my birthday.

Great course for the price if you are a S FL resident.

This course can be a nice value in the winter. The back 9 is way more difficult than front. The course is overall in decent shape. It's challenging and fun. Staff is nice. Driving range is poor. Putting green is decent. The bar/restaurant is nothing special. Think diner. If you can get on for less than $40 it's worth it. Over $50 and I start considering other options.
