Locals describe Golfklúbburinn Oddur as one of the better 18-hole courses in Iceland; it is partially surrounded by a lava field in in Garðabær, part of the greater Reykjavik region. The 18-hole Urriðavöllur ("Trout Course") is a Hannesi Þorsteinssyni design that opened in August of 1997. The 9-hole, par-3 Ljúflingur ("Beloved") course is also available.

The standard walking rates are ISK 8,800, while GSI members pay ISK 6,900 (carts are ISK 4,500).
