Dakota Dunes Golf Links
202 Dakota Dunes Way
Whitecap, SK S7K 2L2, Canada

306.664.4653
Owned and operated by the Whitecap Dakota First Nation, this genuinely attractive Graham Cooke design opened on April 30, 2004. The "Links" name is appropriate, given its location on sand dune and prairie terrain, while five sets of tees stretch the course from 5,154 to 7,301 yards. Dakota Dunes has hosted the (revived) Saskatchewan Open since 2008.

Also of note here are the flora that change by season; cactus flowers, wild roses, crocuses, and yellow violets are prevalent here.

The peak-season (May-September) walking rates range from C$45 on Mondays to C$62 on weekends and holidays (carts are C$21/person). Early-bird, sliding twilight, junior, and senior discounts are available. The course's toll-free telephone number is 877-414-4653.

Slow getting off and confusion in the clubhouse but it got better.

Overall, the best links in Saskatchewan! The marshals do the job! Let us through and kept the pace, which made the round an almost no wait beauty! Breakfast and lunch at the club house was of good fair, but is just a place to eat.

Excellent course. Superb maintenance. Extremely slow pace of play.

Beautifully maintained course in the sand hills of Saskatchewan. Great use of the natural terrain and some wonderful prairie views. Many blind tee shots make for a tough first time. Worth the drive.
