Over priced for a glorified farmers field

More or less a links style course. Some trees. Not much elevation or water. Fairway bunkers are not really maintained, which is as it should be on a links course imo. Pro guy was friendly and so were the senior golfers. Layout wasn't exciting but not bad either. Greens were in good shape and the 17th was evil having a 3 sided middle bumped up tier where they put the pin in today. Prices are very good.
