Well kept but not stellar. Decent greens and good fairways. Rough very shaggy and unkempt. Elevation changes and undulating fairways make for a good challenge with many odd kicks and bounces. Driver is not always your best option on the tee here.

Good classic layout. Driver isnt the only club you need of the tee.
