Tom Fazio designed this layout so that it returns to either the clubhouse or the "Turnhouse" at six-hole intervals. The course is also advertised as being family-friendly while still posing a challenge from the tips. The course is owned and operated by the Cliffs Communities, a series of planned residential areas.
