OCEAN COURSE
George Fazio and his nephew Tom designed this popular course, which plays to 6,782 yards from four sets of tees. The signature 16th hole, an oceanside par-3, is generally ranked among the best in the Caribbean.

RIVER COURSE
Greg Norman's first Caribbean design plays to 6,945 yards along the Mameyes River, framed by vistas of mountains and sea. As with many of his other designs, Norman preserved native foliage and let the natural terrain determine placement of all holes.

river course was wet, had to skip a hole
almost got stuck in one fairway, no way to get around it

Don't bother with the Ocean course even though Tom & George Fazio designed it. It has no irrigation and the routing was changed to accommodate a new condo building which ruined a good par 5 hole. Norman's River course is usually in better condition and can be fun. However, if it is wet, both courses are a messy bog and virtually unplayable. However, you won't get a rain check or a refund.
