greens are starting to show some problems and grabgrass on some of the tee boxes and in the fairways. shows how the state has cut budgets.

If I had to chose between the best courses in the tri-state this would be my pick with Hidden Cove, another KY State Parks course, a close second. The scenery and layout of the course is fantastic. It's challenging but not overbearing. Overall best course I've played so far. They do need to work on their yardage markers though.

I love this course. It requires a good tee shot with course management skills. If you play courses with a driver in your hand all of the time, then stay away. You will find yourself in the woods a lot. Beautiful course.
