La Vérendrye Golf Club opened in 1991 with a design by David Wagner, although the course has undergone some changes and improvements since then. Four sets of tees stretch the course from 5,438 to 7,090 yards. The course welcomes group and corporate golf events and includes a restaurant on-premises. Of particular note at this course is the 17th hole, a monstrous 751-yard par-6 from the black tee-box.
