Good layout and not bad turf conditions this year. Still charging a premium to listen to aircraft and cars zooming by. Would be better value if located in a quieter location.

Nice track no gimmicks

It just isn't a nice location - they need to start planting trees around the perimeter to block the views of highway and dusty farmland.
The course was in good shape in early May, but was cart path only yet dry (slowed the round down).

Punishing from the rough. Beautiful layout, nice greens

extreme wind on this links style course, the layout is really well done and the service great. But the highway traffic is a distraction and the wind is severe. The day we played all of the staff said \"at least it not really windy today\" if you like the challenge of playing with the wind as a factor you will like this venue.

Exceptional course, it will test your management skills, definitely need a skycaddie to manage the distance to the water edges. play it smart and within your skill level and you will have a great time.

nice club, a little over priced though, pace of play was really good, i found the course to be too windy and overly challenging when the weather is not good

Great Course. Played every club in my bag. all kinds of shots played. This course makes you think...

Great Practice facility; fun course to play; could be miserable in bad weather. At $110/18 holes I expect better service at the bag drop; in the Pro Shop a discussion about TV connections and hooking up the large screen monitor among staff was more important than the customer arriving for the tee time (annoying, but bearable.)

Resort price for a municipal experience. From clubhouse to greenskeepers, these folks just don't get it. Not worth the $105 fee (and that was at 6:20am!). Course was in ok shape, but experience wsa lost on the service and attitude.
