Relatively even terrain?? Have they looked at this course?
I do play this course for my league, and overall it's an ok course, but as noted by others, it does often play incredibly slow.

Pace of play on the weekend was very slow and there are no rangers. It is like they do not care to speed things up. 5hrs and 11mins to play 18holes on a Saturday afternoon after not teeing off until 2:30pm when we had a 1:57pm tee time.

I play this course often. Nice average course. Get the coupons off their website because it's not worth the full price that they charge.

Trull Brook in Tewksbury is a nicer course and about the price.

fun to play...par 3's are tough..par 5's are scoring key...#4, 7, 13 & 15 are key par 4's...#13 is a great hole...typical NE in that you want to stay below the hole on most greens...very friendly staff...well maintained..greens are in nice condition considering amount of play...well worth the modest fees.
