This use to be Beautiful and well kept course? I understand there is New Ownership, but where are they? That may be the problem? Do you guys actually ever play the course? Let me cut-to-the-chase. It is September and the course is in poor shape. There is low water levels and stagnant pools, the fairways are only fair, the traps are full of weeds, with little to NO sand? The greens are the good part of the course, but very bumpy! The facilities, (snack bar closed), one cart guy, and the facilities could use some cleaning and attention!! They have Burro's rooming the course in hoards! Watch those drives! The restaurant and Bar, have a limited menu, but what they do have is good! The prices are TOO high for the value. Can you attract people to a course with myopic management, NOT for long! Hope this place doesn't become another statistic?

Beautiful course. Lots of water and desert! Play early in the summer, beat the heat!

Course was in good shape for end of hot Summer Rate was 100.00 for non resident to much for that condition ,place was empty on sunday afternoon.
