The golf course opened as "The Lakes" in 1965 and was redesigned 1995 to the current layout, surrounded by tall trees and sparkling lakes. Operating from dawn to dusk year round, the hours vary depending on the season. Glen Iris is one of Perth's only licensed courses and they run a cart out to service golfers on the weekends and other busy days.

Walking rates are A$26 weekdays and A$33 weekends.
