River's Bend golf course is no longer in existence. It closed about in 2016 and doesn't even resemble a golf course. Club house is still there, but not in service.

This may have been the worst kept course I have ever played. I am amazed anyone would ever play there again after one round there. The only thing that resembles a golf course are the greens, which are average at best. The scenery and setup could be nice if the course was in better condition. Really pretty embarrassing how terrible the condition is.

Very tough course, at least compared to what I normally play. It probably ties for the hardest course I've ever played. Lots of tight fairways and elevation changes. Course wasn't in bad shape, unlike what other reviewers said. Some of the greens had a bad spot or two, but playing in the fall, you get that sometimes. I only gave pace of play three stars because we were behind the slowest foursome I've ever seen. Don't know what it's normally like.
