When we played it was in the best condition I’ve seen it in quite some time. The greens were in great shape. Played medium-fast and for the most part rolled true, but due to water problems the fairways were dry
The design of the course is excellent and challenging. The fairways are narrow and boarded both sides with trees and on some fairways water. Fairways #9 and #18 are 4 pars that play as a 5 par. However #16 a 5 par plays as a 4, if you can make the left hand dog leg in good shape. It’s too bad they don’t have the money to rebuild the dams in front of #12 and #17 greens It would play as first designed and be somewhat more challenging Don’t get me wrong ;the course is not intimidating, but challenging

Incredibly Excellent design. Pitiful maintenance. No money. Sadly it will never recover.

great layout that is having water and pump issues but if it had green lush fairways, teebox's and greens it would be a fabulous course. I wish them luck as it has some great holes>>>(17 is a brut)

This course has a great layout with fantastic greens (on the days we played) they were smooth, fast but not out of control and soft, would hold a 170 / 180 approach shot like a wedge. Due to the lack of rain in the area the fairways suffered, lack of water, grass and general care. The pro explained the course was under new management and has spent its time on the greens first (great idea) then they would work on the fairway as they go. Our group really enjoy the course, if you need an experience in the trees this is a must try. Must be able to control your distance, get out of trouble (trees), sand traps are average best not to get in them.
