Played tournament at PCC Tues 15jun21 (0800>1200+). Property was very green from recent rains. Fairways were visible with clear edges of rough. Green speeds were consistent and putts rolled true. Course conditions were much improved from prior decade when last played. Fairways are mostly bordered by mature Live Oaks (some are in fwy). Playing under trees from the rough is possible allowing par saves. Approach shots require accuracy to make pars.

Love this course. It's not perfect but for the price its great. If I had to critique anything I would say it could use a few small trees or bushes to help make the hole layouts more clear. There are strategically placed large trees on many holes that love to stop balls in their tracks. If you hit into them expect to find your ball directly below them. I look forward to playing out here again soon.
