The course was generally fine but it has a reputation of not draining well and if it's cart path only you can have a bit of a hike to your ball at times. The back 9 has a few holes where it's too easy to go OB and the residents don't appear to be too friendly with lots of "No Trespassing" signs around. The cart path needs a lot of work in spots. Staff was very friendly & accommodating and they are hungry for new business. Bring extra balls as there is a lot of water to deal with on various holes.

course layout is is a little troubling for a novice.
I did not score well but the course was in such great shape i could have cared less.
