Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed this course, which opened in 1948, then changed the original layout (1976-77) with modifications to holes 3, 4, 11, 15, and 18. Rees Jones (son of the original architect) oversaw some restoration and redesign work here in 2003. The 13th hole, "Waterloo" is notable because Lake Singleton comes into play.
This is a private club, visitors are restrict to invited guests of members, as well as members of non-local, PGA-recognized private clubs (with a letter of introduction), or guests of a select list of member hotels and golf package providers.
