Morro Bay Golf Course
201 State Park Rd
Morro Bay, CA 93442, United States

805.772.1923
Situated inside Morro Bay State Park and Estuary between Black Hill and the Pacific Ocean, this beautiful facility offers great views of Morro Bay and Morro Rock, the estuary, and the Pacific Ocean. It is a hilly course that places a premium on club selection and controlling ball flight in the on-shore breezes. The fairways are wide and there is little trouble on the course, but it plays longer than its yardage. The real test comes in the putting the tricky greens which always break toward the ocean more than expected.

The whole course was backed up due to some lame players ahead. No Marshall or anyone else watching the pace of play on the course. I did NOT enjoy this round of golf.

very beautiful scenery, inexpensive. not a long course but almost all your approach shots to the greens are up hill and the greens are very tough to read especially the front nine. and if the wind is blowing kick up the rating about 3 or 4 more points. definitely worth the price.

Very nice course with ocean views and the greens are tough to read. I would play here again before going back to Pebble beach. The price is great for the views and the course.

Beautiful course, short but the greens are difficult to read. Visually fun, lots of tall pines and ocean views. Go here for a fun round with lots of great scenery.

Great golf course, great views. Plays longer than the yardage, but not too long for the average golfer. I was lucky enough to play on a morning with no fog/clouds. Can't wait to go back some day.
