This 18-hole championship course opened in 1999 and is carved through scenic Carolina pines and hardwood trees. The rolling terrain provides dramatic elevation changes on many holes. This peaceful setting offers an unforgettable and challenging golf experience for players of all abilities.

The course stretches 7,072 yards from the back tees to challenge experienced players, but four sets of tees allow players to select the difficulty level they are comfortable with. The bent grass greens are renowned in the area for their year round putting quality. The 48 white sand bunkers offer both beauty and challenge.

The team at Falls Village has done a great job over the fall. The course is in really good shape, and the greens are rolling true with some speed. The back nine definitely has a more challenging look and feel, so score well on the front, grab a dog at the turn, and buckle up for the back. The course is not lined with houses, so it is fairly forgiving of the errant tee shot.

Greens and fairways looks great, recently aerated. As soon as the greens get cut they are going to be very speedy!

My experience with this course has been up and down. Sometimes the course is in terrible shape, sometimes it's just ok. At the price it's not great value, and I'll only play it if it's the only option available.

The bunkers need some work. Fairways have grown in nicely. But as all courses in the area drought is killing us.
