The Meadows provides a rare (for this area) mix of prairie and links flavor where parkland-style layouts are most prevalent. Architect Joel Goldstrand designed The Meadows with sculpted mounding, tall prairie grasses, wildflowers, bunkers, and a hidden creek. In a nod to true links-style golf, no trees come into play here, although water is present on 15 of the 18 holes.

A great course and lots of bang for your bucks. Get out early because the winds in the late morning and afternoon can be pretty steady. Take advantage of the GPS because there are lots of hidden hazards that are not visible from the tee boxes. Overall a great course and a regular when ever I'm in the Fargo area.
